Recently our IBM server computer's CPU's using rate is always 100%. The manager ask us to have a try to add another CPU which is the same type on the computer. So we take domn a CPU from a computer server. But when we install the CPU to the problem computer, it give an alarm on CPU temperature . we think maybe we install the CPU, the fans in that computer should take down and install too. But after we have down that ,the alarm is still.
